This page is maintained by the ThinkLune team to explain how data is handled in this service.

1. Data we collect

We store the email address, display name, and profile photo you provide when signing up or signing in with Google. We also store your conversation content, any files you upload, the AI models you select, and your quota usage records.

2. How we use data

Data is used to run the chat service, display conversation history, calculate quotas, prevent abuse, and process payments for paid plans. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third parties

Messages you send are forwarded to our AI model provider (Venice.ai) to generate responses. Authentication, database, and file storage run on the cloud infrastructure we use. Payments are processed by Midtrans; we do not store your card details or payment credentials.

4. Storage and deletion

Conversations are stored until you delete them. You can delete conversations individually or clear all your chat data from the Settings page. Deleting your account removes your profile, conversations, and related attachments.

5. Security

Data access is restricted per user through database security policies, connections use HTTPS, and passwords are checked against public breach databases. No system is entirely risk-free, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Contact us for any data-related requests.
